Caitlin Sprague, MA

Caitlin is a pre-licensed therapist with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of experience include trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and spirituality. She also has a particular interest in mindfulness practices and often integrates them into sessions as a way to support grounding, self-awareness, and overall well-being.

In sessions, Caitlin brings a balance of warmth, creativity, and humor. Therapy doesn’t always need to feel heavy—it can also be a space where you experience relief, new insights, and even moments of lightness. She tailors her approach to each person she works with, using a mix of evidence-based strategies and individualized interventions that meet you where you are. Her goal is to make the therapy process meaningful, engaging, and ultimately empowering.

At the heart of her work is a belief that relationships are central to life—whether they are relationships with ourselves, our families, our communities, the natural world, or a higher power. When these relationships are disrupted or painful, the impact can feel overwhelming. She uses a person-centered and explorative approach to help clients build understanding, set goals, and develop new skills, always encouraging clients to take the lead in shaping their own growth and healing.

Through your work together, she hopes to inspire curiosity, foster resilience, and support the development of tools that create greater peace and confidence in your life. Caitlin sees therapy not just as a place to process difficulties, but as a journey of empowerment where you rediscover your strengths and learn to nurture more fulfilling connections.

Outside of the therapy room, she values continued learning, reflection, and growth. Caitlin is committed to walking with you as you navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing, hope, and empowerment."
